At Blive Gelato & Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to enjoy every bite. Because we work with perishable goods, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on gelato, pastries, or other food and beverage items once they have left the store.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly offer:

• A replacement product, or
   
• A store credit, or
   
• A full refund (at our discretion)
   

To process your claim, please provide:

• A photo of the product
   
• Your receipt or order confirmation
   
• A brief explanation of the issue

Orders for pickup can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Refunds for cancellations after that window are not guaranteed, especially if the product has already been prepared.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
